(called the P71 because that is the numbers in the Vin Code that identifies that Crown Vic sub-model). When we buy the a P71, it goes to him to *DECOMMISSION* that unit by removing or disabling all the wiring that could cause issues later on. He also removes all the strobe and wigwag lights, and plugs up any holes from the wiring harness too.
The P71 upgrades from the factory- (these are all put in place for SEVERE DUTY CYCLES) upgraded electrical system, upgraded cooling system, upgraded suspension, a harder set of crankshaft bearings for severe service, interior upgrades with a more durable upholstery.
